Final solution was to boot a Win98 startup floppy disk and use Fdisk to set the NTFS partition containing windows to active (thus deactvating the the Ghost partition). Using Win PE 4 will you you USB 3 drivers. I posted a link and gave him credit a week before drjwolfe came along. Ask the experts!
