Removing the said toolbar cured it instantly and that was months ago. No problems so far with the script errors. The script error which has become more prominent in the last couple of days disappeared instantaneously. February 2, 2016 at 13:57:06 Sorry, but this problem also happens in newest version of Firefox. Whether I click yes or no, it returns to the Anti-Spam page and says "Refreshing" next to each Anti-Spam feature. You don't have to restart though. Click Tools > Internet Options > Security.

In my case, it turned out to be related to the Google Toolbar.
