Turns out this computer apparently will not boot from the USB drive where I have the Windows PE successfully created on the USB stick. Version Version: 2003.789 (May 28 2003, Build=789) License: GM1998 This is the Ghost version that the error occurred in. Apparently it didn't like my particular CD burner. ASPI will never report numbers of cylinders, heads and sectors per track.
