the ONLY difference was 30mins of elapsed time, resulting in POSSIBLY a different SMTP server that it tried to relay through. It seems like the email is not even making out onto the internet. And don't let response time mislead you, if you have multiple accounts in your outlook, try sending a simple email from 1 to another.I can typically receive that email within seconds perhaps they upgraded or added a relay server.
