As far as Windows terminating NIS during shutdown, there is a very small risk that it could effect NIS but you're probably safe. As you have this in Windows Task Scheduler that suggestion does not apply. The error occurs, if you do not have a floppy drive. I have lost countless hours in an attempt to fix these issues without the need to reformat the drive and reinstall SIX YEARS worth of software/application and personal settings/preferences.Folks, its time
